GenShop sells original game source code and templates for developers. By purchasing and downloading our products, you agree to these Terms.

License

• Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the source code in your own projects.
• Resale or redistribution of the source code itself, in whole or substantial part, is prohibited.
• You may publish compiled apps/games built from the code under your own brand.

Ownership

All products are created by and owned by GenShop unless otherwise stated. We do not sell or distribute pirated or unauthorized content. Third-party trademarks or platform names (e.g., Android, AdMob) are used descriptively and remain the property of their respective owners.

Payments and Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment via our payment provider(s). We do not store full card details.

Support

Basic email support is provided for installation questions and bug reports for a reasonable period after purchase.

Prohibited Uses

• Using products to infringe intellectual property or violate applicable laws.
• Misleading representations or implying endorsement by any third party.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenShop is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
