Eligibility for a Refund

• Duplicate purchases (charged more than once for the same product).
• Technical issues preventing access to the files that cannot be resolved by our support within 7 days.
• Misrepresentation: if the product delivered does not match the description or demo.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or if the code has been downloaded and used.
